How does Virtual Support work?

Supporting virtually, I do everything I would do for other doula and breastfeeding clients, except be there in person. This can look like support through text, phone calls, emails, video chatting/face timing, etc. Whichever is best for my client at the time, I'm pretty flexible! This is a great option for people who are interested in my doula serves but do not live near me; for people who face unfair hospital restrictions; or for people who would like a more private birth experience but would like help preparing for it beforehand, would like someone to text/video call for support during, and still reap the rewards of postpartum & breastfeeding help.

How is a Virtual Doula still helpful to me?

I can help with things like ways to ease mourning sickness, to anemia during pregnancy, to pain management techniques with visuals to show you exactly how to do it, to postpartum healing, to breastfeeding aid, and tons more! I'm always your alibi and will be there for you no matter what birthing option you choose.
