Lactation Support

Breastmilk has so many benefits! Not only is it the perfect nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and bonding for your baby, but research also suggests that breastfeeding helps reduce the risks of baby experiencing ear infections, asthma, lower respiratory infections, diarrhea and vomiting, and many more! There's also great benefits for mom too! Including, but not limited to, quicker recovery time, reduced uterine bleeding, reduced risks of breast and ovarian cancer and type 2 diabetes, and breastfeeding burns calories!

But many women find it troubling to reap all these reward because they simply don't have the support and tools they need to be successful in reaching their breastfeeding goals. That's where I come in! I'm a Certified Peer Lactation Counselor who wants what's best for you and your baby and I will do everything I can to help you achieve it. I'll coach, mentor, and support you. I can help you with learning about breastfeeding, how to start out breastfeeding, what  realistic expectations of breastfeeding should look like, tips for establishing a good supply, how much your baby should be eating and when, support when you have breastfeeding concerns, how to breastfeed in public, advice to help you conquer breastfeeding when returning to work or school, how to's with pumping and helping you set up a pumping schedule, and more!
